The positioning ball and spring ensure that the switch action is accurately positioned and can ensure that it will not be misaligned under certain vibration conditions. Commonly used toggle switches include 1 pole 2 position, 1 pole 3 position, 2 pole 2 position, 2 pole 3 position, 4 pole 3 position, 4 pole 4 position, 10 pole 3 position, 4 pole 10 position, etc. Multi pole and multi position switches larger than 3 poles are mainly used for band conversion, and some band switches can have up to ten or more digits and can change more than ten gears. The toggle switch is usually directly soldered onto a printed circuit board, with the advantages of small size, short lead wire connection, and low price. However, due to structural reasons, it is not possible to have too many digits and knife numbers, and the voltage and current exchanged in the circuit should not be too high. (2) Rotary switch:

Rotary switches are generally fixed with one or more switch layer layers on a metal bracket. The switch substrate is insulated, commonly made of high-frequency ceramics, glass cloth plates, etc. Each contact piece is fixed on the insulation substrate. The center of the bracket is equipped with a rotating shaft, which drives the cut-in contact piece in the middle of the switch piece to rotate, enabling one or two contacts on the switch piece to be connected or disconnected. The rotating part of the bracket is also equipped with rolling balls, which cooperate with the positioning card on the bracket body to ensure quick, crisp, and accurate positioning during switch action. High frequency ceramic band switches are mainly suitable for high frequency and Super high frequency circuits; The epoxy glass cloth adhesive plate band switch is suitable for high-frequency circuits and general circuits, and is commonly used in ordinary recorders and radios.
